Please read these terms carefully before using LumaCast AI.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LumaCast AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service. The materials contained in this service are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Description of Service
LumaCast AI is an AI-powered projection mapping platform that allows users to upload photos of their homes or buildings, generate custom projection designs using artificial intelligence, and create animated content for projection displays. The service includes edge detection, design generation, animation tools, and export capabilities.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of LumaCast AI, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Responsibilities
Acceptable Use
You agree to use LumaCast AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the service to upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of any photos and content you upload to LumaCast AI. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
Prohibited Activities
You may not: (a) use the service for any illegal purpose; (b) upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (d) interfere with or disrupt the service; (e) use automated means to access the service without permission; (f) resell or redistribute the service without authorization.
5. Subscription and Billing
LumaCast AI offers various subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Intellectual Property
The LumaCast AI service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by LumaCast LLC and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
7. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by our AI systems is provided for your personal or commercial use as permitted by your subscription plan. While we strive to produce high-quality outputs, we do not guarantee that AI-generated content will meet specific requirements or be free from errors. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content before use.
8. Analytics and Data Collection
We use analytics services including PostHog and Google Analytics to collect and analyze information about how you use our service. This data helps us improve our platform and user experience. 9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL LUMACAST LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LumaCast LLC and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts located in the United States.
